Re-building an Acclaimed Sunshine Coast Restaurant & Cooking School.

Works on the acclaimed Sunshine Coast restaurant, The Spirit House, have now finished and the results truly speak for themselves. Rizon had the privilege of working on the re-design and construct of this restaurant and cooking school after it suffered majormalicious damage in 2021. The rectification works included building a new commercial kitchen, temperature controlled wine room, bar and open-air Dining Room. Back up and running within an impressive 14 week time-frame, the establishment remains one of the finest food experiences in Queensland for its Pan-Asian cuisine and highly popular cooking school. This project showcased Rizon’s ability to deliver on commercial complex projects, meeting the sensitive needs of the rebuild, whilst navigating a trying time within the construction industry. Despite these challenges, this project was a tremendous success thanks to our dedicated project team.
