Rizon undertook a challenging fire damaged repair project. The project involved a comprehensive scope of works, including a full strip out and fire remediation, replacing the entire roof, internal linings, automatic doors and flooring repairs. The team also replaced various essential services including all air, electrical and plumbing. In addition to the primary repair tasks, Rizon went above and beyond by providing additional services. We undertook the full remediation of all workshop tools and equipment, ensuring their restoration to their pre-fire condition. Rizon’s approach to this fire damaged repair project involved assuming responsibility for both content and structural repairs. Acting as the main contractor, we efficiently coordinated all aspects of the project, seamlessly integrating various tasks and streamlining the repair process.
