Commercial Rental Property Refurbishment.

Rizon were engaged to manage this unique project in 2021. Prior to works commencing, the property was deemed unoccupiable due to a tenant undertaking unlawful renovations without the consent or appropriate permits from council. Rizon was engaged by the building owner to rectify the situation and complete the renovations in line with the necessary requirements, approvals, and licenses. The Rizon Commercial team worked closely with the client to complete an entire refit of the property, allowing the space to be utilised once again by future tenants. The owner was incredibly happy with Rizon’s professional and collaborative approach, with the final fitout now in up and running, housing a new tenant for the building owner.
