The Graceville Medical Centre is longstanding community medical practice located in the inner West area of Brisbane. The clinic required an upgrade to their existing fitout, with Rizon tasked to create a revamped and inviting family medical hub inclusive of all services of allied health facilities. This design and construct project showcased Rizon's ability to deliver complex high-finishing projects in challenging market conditions with critical time frames to meet. The greatest challenge of this project was to complete the Medical Centre refurbishment from base build within 10 weeks. Our team were successful in meeting the clients programme expectations, completing the works 2 days ahead of schedule. The project involved 450m2 of Medical Centre fit out including 11 consulting rooms, 30 person waiting room, concierge, pathology room, staff room, group therapy room, treatment room and many more. Our commercial team delivered a fit for purpose health facility that meets the patient, medical practitioner and staff requirements of this Brisbane based clinic.
