Rizon’s commercial team have many years’ experience delivering projects and programs for not-for-profits, Universities and government sector clients in education, housing and public works. Project specific plans are developed to implement your special policies and provide end-to-end services. We are responsible and proactive, during the works, with commissioning, handover and beyond practical completion.

Building Works

Rizon’s team specialise in building small and medium size projects, either standalone or your entire program of works. We can help you with minor to medium works, fitouts, refurbishments, building extensions, outdoor structures and landscaping, as well as building upgrades, renewal & maintenance programs, tenancy vacates and access modifications.

Locations

We are licensed in all states and territories of Australia, and focus primarily on the eastern states from Cape York to Tasmania. Rizon’s network of offices in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart support our teams delivering works in urban, regional and remote areas. The front-line staff are supported by the Rizon business team and call centre, which is headquartered in Milton.

More than 130 Rizon staff bring skills, experience and qualifications across construction and project management, contract administration, HSEQ, architecture and interiors. Our team also boast niche emergency and recovery services. We work with local subcontractors within the local community to deliver your projects, bringing a wealth of knowledge, benefitting local trades and suppliers.
